The name Mondello comes from an ancient fishing village in Sicily. It seduces with its charm, natural hospitality, warm atmosphere and generous cuisine.
This unique blend of Sicilian spirit and French expertise defines our identity. It is at the heart of everything we do:
A maiolica at the heart of our identity. The symbol crowning our logo is a unique creation, inspired by Sicilian maiolica – those traditional hand-painted ceramics that adorn the homes and tables of the South.
This geometric pattern, both solar and harmonious, evokes Mondello's Mediterranean roots. But beyond its origin, this stylised rose window symbolises everything that drives us:
